Achieving lasting change and preventing the reoccurance of your injury is the priority and focus of our service. Our physiotherapy programs assist people of all ages improve strength, fitness and mobility in order to prevent injuries re-occurring, increase your confidence and improve you overall well being and health.
STEP 4 PERFORM
Preventing injury or pain is possible by;
- developing better posture when sitting, standing and moving
- fixing muscle imbalance and increasing strength
- increasing flexibility
- increasing your level of daily activity
- managing the Primary Contributing Factor of your problem
- maintaining good communication with your physiotherapist if you need help
We will show you the right exercises and movement to do every day in order to feeling great, retuning to your sport or achieving the personal goals you have set for yourself.
